Working closely with a global client committed to producing the highest quality products – R & D sought the relevant welding qualifications (AWS/ANSI D18.1)  and showed competency to output pre-designed fabrications to meet this high standard.  

What is 3-A SSI?

"3-A SSI is an independent, not-for-profit corporation dedicated to advancing hygienic equipment design for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. We represent the interests of three stakeholder groups with a common commitment to promoting food safety and the public health — regulatory sanitarians, equipment fabricators and processors.”

We offer a standalone pipe and tube cutting using the most up-to-date and efficient pipe saws.

Our Georg Fischer™ pipe saws comfortably and consistently offer square cuts on sizes from 19mm diameter up to 325mm diameter and up to 10mm in thickness. 

We stock a wide range of Tube, Hygienic fittings, Tees, Y-Pieces, Swept Tees and various other common components. This allows us to respond quickly to your requirements and reduce fabrication lead times.   

When hygiene is essential, tees and manifolds are a necessity. Although primarily developing reducing tees/manifolds for our own fabrications, we are happy to meet your call for standalone products.  

Domed end caps are also available with your required extrusion size.   

We can currently offer pull/branch sizes of:  

¼” up to 204mm    

On bore sizes of: 

¾” up to 304mm (If you require larger sizes – We are happy to discuss!)
